" This is a versatile four bedroom end of terrace town house and has served as a family home for the past 14 years. Located in the catchment area of sought after local schools, it provides good value for money compared to other houses in Busbridge.

On a road where parking is at a premium this property benefits from having off street parking and a double garage.

On entering the house there is a hall and a WC with basin. Climbing the stairs one comes to the first floor where the accommodation comprises the well proportioned main reception room, the open plan kitchen dining area, the family room with its vaulted ceiling and log burner. In addition there is the fourth bedroom, which could be used as a study

The family room was an extension added by the current owners and the kitchen and dining room were remodelled at the same time to create a family friendly living space. The family room has double doors opening onto the patio area. The kitchen has a range of fitted units and cupboards with integrated and freestanding appliances.

On the second floor there is the master bedroom, two further bedrooms and two family bathrooms.
