" A very special semi-detached character town cottage, which probably dates from the late 19th.century, with attractive colour washed and Bargate Stone elevations under a tiled roof. The house provides far larger accommodation than is immediately apparent with virtually all the main rooms enjoying a double aspect creating both light and airy rooms. The sitting room has an open fireplace, whilst the dining room is split-level with the very well appointed custom-made kitchen which features granite work surfaces with built-in appliances and a butcher's block. The former cellar has been converted and provides a study/playroom. There is also a feeling of space upstairs with two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes with an inner landing with double doors into the attractively fitted bathroom, with the staircase continuing up to the large third bedroom.

Situation
Occupying a very accessible position within the Conservation Area just below Crownpits Green, which has a small recreation area ideal for younger children. A convenient and traffic calmed location with some car parking bays ( scheduled to become a residents parking zone but not yet approved) surrounded by interesting, predominantly Victorian properties, the cottage lies within some 0.5mile from Godalming's thriving semi-pedestrianised High Street, with its wide range of shops, restaurants, and cafes, together with Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets. Godalming station ( London Waterloo about 47 minutes), is within 0.75 of a mile.
