" Located on a popular road just moments from Godalming town centre and main line station, is this semi detached three bedroom period family home. The property has remained in the immediate family for nearly 40 years and offers great potential for improvement.

The property is presented over three gradual tiers; on the ground floor there is a covered porch entering into the bay fronted sitting room. A couple of steps lead down to the separate dining room which has a range of fitted wall units. A further couple of steps lead down to the kitchen, which offers a range of eye and base level units and leads on to the Dolphin designed family bathroom which includes a white four piece suite. On the first floor there are two well proportioned double bedrooms, the second of which enjoys an unusually high ceiling. A couple of steps lead down the landing to bedroom 3, which enjoys views over Godalming town centre and to Frith Hill beyond.
