" This beautiful three bedroom Victorian home built in the 1880s with stunning views across open countryside towards Hascombe Hill has been refurbished and extended with further extension potential STPP. The property offers three reception rooms and a kitchen breakfast room, original features including an open fireplace, an attractive clay tiled facade, a new roof fitted in 2011 with replaced flashings and new chimney cowlings and double glazed windows throughout.

The front door leads into an open plan entrance hall leading into the front sitting room with a centrally positioned open fireplace with brick surround and hearth. There are storage cupboards and shelving built-in either side of the fireplace, stained floorboards and under stairs storage. Leading through into the kitchen is a range of base and wall Shaker style units with a Leisure range cooker and extractor hood, a stainless steel double sink/drainer, space for a washing machine, dishwasher, freestanding fridge/freezer, a built-in larder cupboard, room for a table and chairs and a quarry tiled floor. The family bathroom has a white ceramic suite, a separate shower and a heated towel rail. A second staircase leads to the second floor master bedroom with stunning views across to Hascombe Hill. There is a walk-in wardrobe, eave storage, room for free standing furniture and an en-suite shower room with a white ceramic suite and heated towel rail. "
