A 4 bedroom house built by Messers Thakeham homes to a very high standard in approx 2020 in Cranleigh Surrey.  Priced rock bottom for a very quick sale . Sits tucked away just off the Elmbridge road on the Willowbrook development one of just two houses in a cul du sac with foot access only to the park area . 
Owned by us from new , no children or animals or any interior modifications make this house very much as it was the day we moved in virtually as new .

The double forecourt you see in the pictures all belong to this property so 4 cars can be parked on site . 
On entering the spacious hall with light grey Amtico style flooring to the hall kitchen and bathrooms which adds a bright aire to this property. There's a cloak room WC to the left and on the right a large lounge with bay window and alcoves not just a box room with no character like many new builds . Large enough for a grand piano and two large sofas . The stunning kitchen family room sits across the width of the house with fully opening quality bi fold doors leading to the patio . The kitchen has stone not composite worktops throughout and a huge amount of cupboard space . The oven is brand new never been used . There are integrated fridge freezer , washer dryer , dishwasher and gas burner hob . There is no utility room which I've also found this in £1.1m houses in Cranleigh  so you're not alone . A very inexpensive house to run , there are of course Management fees (not so cheap) at approx £450500 pa which you get on all new build developments to maintain the green areas, pond and play park which is for residents only and only a minute walk from this house . The house as mentioned is one of only two houses in this small cul du sac and is the first turning right once in the estate .
