" A spacious and well presented chalet style property sitting in a 1 acre south-westerly facing plot, with formal gardens and a paddock.

DETAILS The property was built in the 1980's, the current vendors have been there 11 years and during that time they have comprehensively remodelled and refurbished the property with the addition of a splendid conservatory. The property is well presented, with solid oak doors, skirtings and joinery used throughout. The front door opens into an entrance hall with downstairs cloakroom and a turning staircase leading to a galleried landing. The kitchen is equipped with a range of pine units including a central island, all with granite worktops. Beside the back door is a cupboard housing the gas fired boiler and a Megaflo hot water system. Leading off the kitchen is a magnificent sitting room/dining room with a large brick inglenook at one end with a gas feature fireplace and built in display shelves either side. Oak beams line the ceiling, whilst a sliding patio door leads to a generously sized conservatory with a tiled floor, underfloor heating, a ceiling fan and doors leading to the garden on both sides. Back at the entrance hall a corridor leads to the ground floor bedroom accommodation. Upstairs, to either side of the galleried landing, there are two further bedrooms. Bedroom three is equipped with a range of built-in wardrobes, cupboards and drawers and has exposed oak timbers with a side aspect overlooking the garden and a Velux window. Bedroom one is a striking room with a double aspect, and a number of exposed oak wall and ceiling beams. Two doors lead off the master bedroom, one into the en suite bathroom, which is fully tiled with a bath, toilet, bidet and vanity unit with inset basin. The other door leads into a walk-in dressing room, which is fitted with a range of shelving and hanging space. "
