" As soon as you step through the gate and first see the cottage you begin to get an indication of the charm and character which flows in abundance throughout this lovely property. An oak door opens into a porch/utility area with terracotta tiled floor with decorative insets. On your left double oak doors open into a large storage cupboard for hanging coats and leaving muddy boots, to your right is space for white goods with a wood block work surface over and wall cupboards above. A brace and latch door ahead of you opens into a warm and welcoming dining room which enjoys a front aspect and is complemented with an oak floor. The focal point of this lovely room is an aged brick chimney breast with mantle over. From here you access a delightfully cosy kitchen which has a slate tiled floor with pewter inserts and is furnished with a range of hand made oak units, by "Figura" of Chiddingfold, with polished granite work top. There is an integrated Neff dishwasher, fridge/freezer and white butler sink. The lounge is a beautiful, double aspect room with a deep bay window which looks out over the garden.
