" Situated in a tucked away position in this popular part of Cranleigh close to the village centre, this light and bright 3 bedroom home offers plenty of space, having been enlarged by the owners and, with vacant possession, you could be in in no time! Approached by a pedestrian path, the sunny front garden is very private and, having a southerly aspect, is a perfect place to enjoy a summer's afternoon. Immediately upon entering the house, the bright accommodation is apparent with the extended lounge/dining room being open plan, yet having 3 defined areas offering adaptable accommodation. The sitting area features an open fireplace, whilst the dining or family room areas (it depends on how you use them) offer direct access onto the back garden. The kitchen extends to nearly 21' and offers plenty of storage space. There are 3 generous bedrooms, 2 with fitted wardrobes, all served by the family bathroom fitted with a modern white suite. The back garden is easily maintained as it is predominantly hard landscaped with a patio area to enjoy watching the sun go down, sheltered by a mature and productive grape vine. There is a detached garage, whilst further off street parking could easily be created. However, located within a mile of the High Street, you needn't get the car out all the time and there are excellent local schools within the area, again within easy striking distance.

What the Owner says:

We really liked the location of the house as soon as we saw it - and that was over 20 years ago! It's really quiet with no passing cars and it was ideal when our children were small - very private and safe. We also saw the potential it had to extend, which we did. It made such a difference to the kitchen and living space which was very welcome with a growing family.
