" Situated close to Cranleigh village this double fronted detached family home, built in 1975, positioned in a quiet location on the corner of Sylvaways Close and Bloxham Road. This corner plot is bordered with a beech hedge and lawn to the front and a block paved pathway leads in a central position directly to the front door.

The entrance hall has a solid oak floor, leading to the lounge with dual aspect bay window to the front and French doors to the rear opening onto a patio. There is a centrally positioned wood burner and carpet throughout. The hall also leads you to the kitchen/diner that is positioned across the back of the house looking out onto the garden. The dining area is open plan and also has a solid oak floor with French doors to the rear. The kitchen has been refitted with modern style shaker units, a granite composite sink and drainer, Neff induction hob and extractor unit, eye level Neff oven and granite worktops. The floor has ceramic tiles which lead to a utility area incorporating a butler sink, more storage units, space for a washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer.
