" Homes such as this are a real rarity, mainly because not many exist - and this is a fine example. It is clear that the owners have really enjoyed living here, not just because they have been here for many years but also how they have maintained and cared for both the property and garden to the high standard that they have. There is little for the buyer to do but to move their furniture in to enjoy the interesting outlook as the owners have. The adaptable accommodation can be used in a variety of ways, two bedrooms or two reception rooms - it's up to you. Since being built, an extension has been added to the rear of the property overlooking the very well laid out garden, lovingly cared for and stocked with a variety of mature plants and shrubs including a lovely magnolia. Situated within a mile of the bustling village High Street with its extensive range of amenities, including a health centre, library, shops and, for the sports minded, a leisure centre, the location could not be more convenient and our clients regularly catch the bus to Guildford from the end of the road - it takes about 35 minutes. A real bonus is the off-street parking together with a garage with power and light and a private access door to the garden. This home is one not to miss!

What the Owner says:

As soon as this bungalow came onto the market, we came to see it and agreed to buy it there and then. We have loved living here for the past 16 years but sadly it's now time to move on. We'll be sorry to leave - it is really easy to maintain. What's great about living here is that we are at the head of the road and can watch the world go by from our lounge window. It's a warm and cosy home too, with a lovely garden which is not overlooked at all and has been a joy to potter around in.
