" This semi-detached cottage is well presented throughout and full of character and charm. Offering 2 good sized double bedrooms one with purpose-built American Pine fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with handcrafted Oak units and a beautiful landscaped garden.

Although this cottage is only 10 years old, it has the character of a much older property. The entrance hall has a quarry-tiled floor, which runs through into the kitchen. Just inside the door to the left you have a 'disabled friendly' WC with door wide enough for a wheelchair. An elegant, formal dining room with solid Jatoba wood flooring is situated at the front of the cottage, this is a lovely room for entertaining and the elegance is enhanced with decorative radiator covers, brass energy saving dimmer switches and a large window with views to the front garden. The lounge has a more relaxed feel, with a gas coal-effect fire set into a limestone fireplace and French doors opening onto the south facing patio, making this a light and airy room. The kitchen has handcrafted solid Oak kitchen units, which have been designed to utilise all of the available space; kick-board space has been designed as low-level drawers and there is a pullout extra worktop above the dishwasher space. The worktops are sparkly black granite, with cream tiled splash back and a ceramic sink with mixer taps sits nicely under the window and has views over the beautiful rear garden. There is space for a freestanding cooker with extractor hood and a fridge/freezer.

Upstairs to the front you have a well-proportioned, spacious master bedroom, with en-suite shower room comprising; corner curved shower cubicle, neutral tiled floor, WC and a sink set into the vanity unit under the window. To the rear of the property you have another large double bedroom, which has purpose built fitted American Pine wardrobes running along one wall with overhead spotlights. This room also benefits from views over the lovely rear garden. The bathroom has neutral tiled floor, bath, WC and a contemporary sink under the window. At the end of the bath you have open cupboard with space and plumbing for a washing machine, opposite is a linen cupboard with space for a tumble dryer. A loft hatch above the landing has a pull-down ladder and the roof space has been 90% boarded and insulated. This could be adapted for use as a hobby room or possibly a small bedroom. "
