" This 3/4 bedroom house is arranged over three floors, offering extremely versatile accommodation. The entrance hall leads through to a double aspect kitchen/dining room with plenty of storage and a full range of appliances. There is plenty of space for a dining table and chairs and the French doors lead out to a large patio. Also on the ground floor there is a study/bed 4, as well as a shower room with basin and WC.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room which is double aspect. With French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony, this room is particularly light and airy. A good size double bedroom can be found on this floor too.

Up on the top floor there are two further double rooms, as well as a family bathroom.
