This room leads onto the garden room with doors opening into the garden. Outside is a large brick built outbuilding and extensive covered porch. To the east are steps leading to an elevated verandah with door off into boarded loft area. The property is in need of modernisation with generous grounds suitable for extension or redevelopment, subject to the usual planning consents.

Situation
The property is located within an established residential road with convenient easy access to Court Moor Secondary School with junior and primary schools also in close easy proximity. The town of Fleet is just over 1 mile offering a good range of independent and national retailers. Transport links are excellent, the commuter enjoying nearby easy access to the M3 at either junction 4a at Fleet or junction 5 at Odiham.
