This three bedroom detached family home is situated in the Church Crookham area of Fleet close to local schools and Velmead Woods whilst being within easy access of Fleet town centre and Fleet mainline railway station.  Planning permission has been granted to extend the property to the side and rear - Ref:  2201468HOU

On the ground floor is the entrance hallway with stairs to first floor, under stairs storage cupboard and cloakroom.  The living room is double aspect including French style doors opening onto the rear garden.  An archway from the living rooms leads into the rear aspect dining room.  The kitchen is accessed off the hallway and is fitted with a range of eye and base level units with integrated oven, hob and extractor fan.  There is also a door from the kitchen giving access to the side of the property.

On the first floor are the three bedrooms and family bathroom.  Bedroom one benefits from a dressing roomstudy area.

To the front of the property is an area of garden and driveway parking leading to the garage.  The rear garden is a generous size and is enclosed with panel fencing.  Mainly laid to lawn, the garden also has a patio area immediately to the rear of the house and a selection of trees, shrubs and planting.
