" Rich in history, Grovesbrook is a substantial property built in the mid 1920's. Situated in one of the most sought after roads in Fleet and within walking distance of the town with it's coffee shops and restaurants, it is located in fabulous position. Grovesbrook offers five reception rooms to include the drawing room with a wood burning stove, study and a wonderful garden room which was originally built as a cinema in the 1930's by the then owners. There is a wonderful kitchen/breakfast room with its French doors leading to a charming courtyard area. There are seven bedrooms in total to the first and second floors with four bathrooms.

Situation
The property occupies an enviable location within Fleet's favoured 'Blue Triangle' with convenient access to Fleet's town centre. Grovesbrook is within walking distance to the mainline station and there is easy access to the M3. The area is renowned for its good selection of both state and independent schools for all ages.
