" This wonderful family home has been modernised throughout, is spacious and light. Through the front door you find the hallway, which gives access to all of the other rooms. The large spacious and bright lounge is complete with a front aspect double glazed bay window, a lovely open fireplace with surround and television, Sky Points and a BT socket can be found. Across the hallway can be found a double bedroom, which again benefits from a large front aspect double glazed bay window and a sky point. Back down the hall a fourth bedroom or maybe a study can be found with light provided by a lovely double glazed side aspect window. A single bed would easily fit. There is a wardrobe, which could be used for other storage purposes, and the family bathroom. This wonderful family bathroom is tiled throughout including both the floor and the walls. A side aspect opaque window provides ample lighting and there is a low level w.c. a pedestal hand washbasin, a glorious heated towel rail and a panel-enclosed bath. Bedroom three can be found as you continue down the hallway to the left. This is a double bedroom providing ample space for further furniture if required as well as the bed. Coming out of this bedroom back into the hallway you are automatically pulled into the most wonderful kitchen/breakfast room. The lounge has a tiled floor and there are electric and television points as well as a front aspect window providing natural light. Furthermore to the ground floor can be found a shower cubicle complete with washbasin and low-level w.c. Upstairs is a very large loft area ideal for storage with skylights and wood laminate flooring. "
