" A paved pathway leads to oak double doors, which are part glazed. Inside, the entrance hall is finished with an attractive striped carpet, a decorative radiator cover and an oak railed staircase leading to the first floor. A door leads into the sitting room, which enjoys a double aspect with french doors leading to the garden.
There is an open fireplace with a quarry tiled hearth and a stripped pine floor runs throughout and into the adjoining dining room. The dining room also benefits from a triple aspect with views of the garden. A door leads into the kitchen / breakfast room, which has a large picture window overlooking the rear garden. The kitchen units have been handmade by Underwood from oak and are topped with granite worktops. Integrated are; a white double butler sink; a Neff range cooker and extractor hood; Neff dishwasher and fridge.
