" This beautiful character cottage is located centrally in the Surrey Hills village of Chilworth and has been modernised and extended to a high standard, with a focus on creating bright and useable space. The work carried out to this cottage has been meticulous in its detail, fusing period charm with a modern, stylish design. The sitting room is a charming space with an open fireplace and double glazed sash window. The dining room and kitchen breakfast area are a real feature of this property with an open flow between the rooms and French doors to the garden and patio area making it ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is part of a recent extension to the rear which has been cleverly designed to create a rustic yet contemporary feel with polished concrete work-station and breakfast eating area. There is a useful and cleverly designed W.C. from the dining room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite W.C. to the master bedroom.
