" In the last 12 months our clients have significantly enhanced and improved what we think is a superb link-detached home. The most significant change is the conversion of the attached garage into a lovely new reception room with beautiful oak flooring. It works perfectly as a large dining room but could have many other functions. The most eye-catching feature of this room is undoubtedly the vaulted ceiling giving a real sense of space. The other point of note downstairs is the kitchen - completely refitted in the last 3 months with a range of eye and base level units in a contemporary light sage colour with contrasting wood effect work surfaces. Complemented by an attractive grey slate tiled floor and newly tiled walls. There are spaces for gas cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. The separate sitting room has been smartly re-decorated featuring lovely wooden flooring, and provides excellent sitting/entertaining space. Upstairs, the bedrooms and bathroom have all been attractively and warmly re-decorated. The master bedroom is an excellent double with handy built in storage and the 2nd bedroom a very comfortably proportioned room which could easily afford a double bed if required. The bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite. The windows are double glazed with sealed units and the heating is via a gas central heating system to radiators. "
