" Proudly set on the top floor of Manville Court the three bedroom accommodation here is well planned and spacious. A security entry phone system keeps unwanted guests away and the communal staircase leads to the second floor landing. The entrance hall gives access to the principal rooms. At the end of the hallway is a lovely bright L-shaped lounge/dining room featuring twin aspect, large double glazed picture windows to the front and side. The kitchen, fitted with and by Paula Rosa kitchens, has a comprehensive range of white fronted eye and base level units and white roll top work surfaces. There is a four-burner electric Neff hob with oven below and extractor hood above and spaces for washing machine and fridge/freezer. A cleverly designed cupboard conceals the British Gas boiler. Bedroom 1 is an excellent double room with a built-in double width mirror fronted wardrobe. There is a vanity unit with inset wash hand basin and a tiled shower cubicle with Triton electric shower. Bedroom 2 is also a good double room and Bedroom 3 could also potentially accommodate a double bed but is ideally a decent single. The bathroom is fitted with a coloured suite of hand basin, panelled bath and there is a separate WC with hand basin. Being on the top floor there is the benefit of a private loft space, just re-insulated and partly boarded.
