An attractive, detached four bedroom family home being situated on a corner plot within the popular Merrow Park development. The house is situated in a pleasant close within easy access of local shops, health centre and schools for all ages including George Abbot and St.Peter's, and regular bus services to Guildford Town Centre.

Situation
The property is situated within Merrow Park which is a development of residential properties dating from the late 1970's to early 1980's. It is located about 3 miles to the east of the Town Centre, close to a range of local shops including a Sainsbury's superstore and a Marks & Spencer food store. There is an excellent range of both private and state schools in the area including George Abbot Comprehensive and Merrow Infant School, which are both within walking distance. The junction with the A3 is approximately 1 mile away, giving fast road access to London and via the M25 to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Guildford and Woking mainline stations are within a 10-15 minute car journey.
