" This superb property really needs to be viewed to be appreciated, as it has been beautifully updated internally, creating a wonderful family home and also extended in recent years, offering well presented accommodation and complimented by the stunning garden which wraps around the house. It is located just a few miles from Guildford town centre, moments from the lovely open space of Newlands Corner and numerous nearby golf clubs to include Clandon Regis, Clandon Golf Club and Guildford Golf Club. A covered entrance porch with tiled floor and front door opens to the entrance hall with wood flooring and a large cloak cupboard, which is handy for hiding away all the family's coats and shoes. The cloakroom comprises low-level w.c, pedestal basin with stone tiled splashback and wood flooring. The front aspect living room features a cast iron fireplace with wooden mantle and double doors, which open to the bright conservatory with tiled flooring, and doors opening to the garden.
