" Sutton Green is a quiet and attractive village of country lanes and open spaces situated mid way between Guildford and Woking and yet still within easy reach of both. Sitting in a peaceful lane in the heart of the village, Brambles is an attractive and very flexible family home that has been much loved and very well cared for by our clients. Although having a good deal of potential for enlarging the accommodation should an incoming buyer so wish it, is currently made up of very nicely proportioned light and airy rooms, that work extremely well in terms of the needs of family life today. The feeling of space is immediately apparant in the large reception hall that leads to all of the principal rooms and which very much gives you a feeling of the house as a whole. At the front a very comfortable square sitting room looks out over the front garden through a bow window which allows in a great deal of light, making this a very pleasing main living space for the house. Across the hall there is a further very well proportioned room that is currently used as a family and dining room which works very well as a less formal living space especially as it connects with the kitchen. Located at the rear the kitchen has a fabulous view out over the garden to the open fields beyond and is easily big enough for a large table and chairs. From the kitchen there is a large conservatory that leads out onto the garden and which undobtedly makes a very pleasing room in which to sit and look out over the garden and the view at any time of year. There is a very good and logical seperation here between the living rooms and the bedrooms which are all situated on the other side of the house and are all likewise very comfortably proportioned. The master bedroom is particularly attractive as it is at the back and therefore has the same wonderful outlook over the garden and the fields as well as having a door that leads out onto the terrace. The remaining 3 bedrooms are all comfortably doubles and there is a well fitted family bathroom and a seperate shower room as well. All in all this is a very well cared for and sizeable home in an extremely attractive semi rural location. "
