" A well-presented and imaginatively extended semi-detached house enjoying a south westerly aspect to the rear and overlooking fields. The house was enlarged in 2008 with skill to create an exceptional family home with bright and well-proportioned accommodation. Features of note include a large open plan dining/sitting room with a vaulted glass roof and bi-fold doors opening out to the south-west facing rear garden. This is a magnificent room with a wood burning stove (with back boiler) providing a centrepiece together with under floor heating and Karndean flooring.
