" The cottage is a very welcoming and charming village home and far larger than initially anticipated. The generous living accommodation includes a light and spacious sitting room with a central open fireplace and a separate dining roomsnug, also with a fireplace. The living accommodation is beautifully complemented by a family kitchenbreakfast room. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level cabinets, sink and an electric hob and oven. There is also a ground floor cloakroom. The ground floor has been carefully extended providing a spacious double bedroom with twin aspect overlooking the garden and an en-suite. This room could be used for a variety of purposes including as a studyhome office andor further reception room. The extension also included a large utilityboot room with external doors to the front and rear. There are three bedrooms with countryside views and a separate family bathroom to the first floor.

The beautiful village of Bentworth is set amidst fine Hampshire countryside and has an active community with β€˜The Sunβ€˜ public house, cricket field, St Maryβ€˜s Church, hall and St Maryβ€˜s primary school.
