" We feel this property represents excellent value for money and is perfectly designed for family life.The original house already offered three bedrooms upstairs, the master featuring an en-suite shower room, but the present owner has extended the entrance hall, the garage door was removed and brickwork installed to fit a new window, making the garage the same size as the entrance hall and now a generous fourth bedroom.Although the garage is no longer there, the driveway provides two side by side off road parking spaces.The house is also well situated in the sense that you can pop to the local shops for all your day to day needs rather than have to go into a main town.However should you wish to do this Four Marks is conveniently positioned between the towns of Alton in one direction and Winchester in the other.

Yes, it was the general feel of it that attracted me to Badger Close. The fact that it was a no through cul-de-sac, very quiet and with the rear gardens backing onto the Badger Set, meant it would be very private and not overlooked.I also had designs on creating an extra room and could immediately see that the integral garage would provide me with the potential to convert this into a 4th bedroom.I now need even more space and the only reason I am now selling is to up-size.
