" The generous living accommodation includes a well-proportioned sitting room and a separate dining room with double doors opening out to the patio and garden. The kitchen is fitted with a full range of wall and base cabinets and integrated appliances including a single oven, hob, dishwasher and fridgefreezer. There is also useful appliance space in the cloakroom.

There are two double bedrooms (the principal bedroom having an en-suite shower room) and a bathroom to the first floor. Also, the wide staircase could easily accommodate a stair lift, if required.

The house has been designed to be as energy efficient as possible and is fitted with double glazing and zoned gas fired central heating.

Situation
The active village of Medstead has a church, public house, primary school, local shops and a number of clubs and societies. The โ€˜Noshโ€˜ cafe, N W Read Butchers and fruit and vegetable store are all within a quarter of a mile or so.
