" A well-designed and spacious detached house occupying the prime plot in this small development of just seven properties, built by Hillreed Homes in 2011. With generous gardens to the front and rear, a double garage and good parking, this could be the ideal home for a family looking for space and seclusion, or for those keen on entertaining. Watercress Way is within easy reach of the A31, which links through to Farnham and Guildford to the north-east and Winchester and Southampton to the south-west.

The house sits on a lovely open plot, with a driveway to the front allowing parking for several vehicles. Covered by a storm porch, the front door opens to a long entrance hall, which has smart wooden flooring, stairs to the first floor and a cloakroom. The heart of the home is the well-proportioned kitchen/breakfast room, which has a range of kitchen units with worksurfaces and integrated appliances, including twin eye-level ovens. From the kitchen, doors open to the utility room and the dining room, where there is ample room for a long dining table and with French doors to the garden.
