" If there is such a thing as "Better than new", then this most impressive property is it.Built by Barratt Homes to the "Woodcote" design just one year ago, the present owners have transformed the interior with a host of "Non Standard" extra's.Where do I begin?, well allow me to start with the luxurious bespoke fitted kitchen that has granite work tops, part solid oak units, down lighters to the ceiling and integrated "Neff" appliances.Additional tiling has been carried out in the cloakroom, bathroom and en-suite, with made to measure wardrobes built into three of the four bedrooms. Oak laminate flooring has been laid to the hall and lounge/dining areas with all rooms wired for television and telephone points.Outside to the front aspect there is an unusual non-estate atmosphere with the house directly fronting
a small copse of trees with playing fields and allotments encouraging a semi-rural feel.To the rear, the gardens have been beautifully professionally landscaped and have three patio areas also giving access to the garage which is on site rather than in a nearby block, with supplementary parking.Suffice to say I could not more highly recommend you take a closer look and book yourself a viewing.

As we frequently travel to France, Four Marks is an ideal situation providing us with easy access to all the major airports, for example Heathrow in 45 minutes, Gatwick and Luton in one and a half hours and Bristol within 2 hours. There are also channel crossings available from both Portsmouth and Southampton.We really like the location, a village setting but still with a good commuter belt with links to London but away from busy towns and cities.We have only been living here for just a year, and the only reason we are moving on so quickly is that our eldest son has moved out so we no longer have the need for a four bedroom home.
