" A very handsome and substantial individual detached family house standing in a fine location and presented to an exceptional standard. The Rascals was completed in 2010 to an exacting specification to provide a wonderful family home. The feeling of light and space is immediate with a large entrance hall with an open staircase with glass balustrade leading to the first floor. The architect gave special thought to the design and build to take full advantage of the setting and the principal reception rooms and kitchen each open into the predominantly south west facing rear garden. The very generous living accommodation is ideal for a family and includes a most impressive kitchen / breakfast room opening into the family room, each with double doors opening into the rear garden. The bespoke kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of natural wood and cream finish cabinets with stainless steel Siemens appliances including two electric ovens, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob and dishwasher. There is also a connecting door from here to the dining room. There are five bedrooms. The principal bedroom has the most impressive en suite with a free-standing bath and fully ceramic tiled shower room with a glazed screen and chrome fittings. The principal bedroom also has the benefit of a connecting door to the fifth bedroom which is currently used as a dressing room but could be a nursery or further bedroom. There are three further bedrooms two with very stylish and ultra modern shower room suites. In addition, there is a family bathroom with an oversized shower cubicle, bath and ceramic tiled walls. The house is very well presented with large marble style tiles to the ground floor, recessed lighting and internal light contemporary ash veneered doors with chrome fittings.
