DETAILS A deceptive and versatile four bedroom detached chalet in a sought after cul-de-sac in Four Marks. Including the double garage, the property provides in the region of 2500sqft of accommodation. The ground floor has three reception rooms, a bathroom, a shower room, two bedrooms, a kitchen/breakfast room and a utility room. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms with the master having an en suite and dressing room. The plot offers in the region of a 1/3 of an acre.

Enter the property into the spacious entrance hall where there are stairs to the first floor, parquet flooring and doors to the various rooms. Positioned to the left as you enter is the shower room which has a shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and a front aspect obscure window. Further along the hall and also on the left hand side is the kitchen/breakfast room which has a full range of wall and base units with surfaces over, electric induction four ring hob, extractor over, integrated double oven, built in microwave, integrated dishwasher, one and a half bowl sink and drainer unit with food waste disposer, space and plumbing for the American style fridge/freezer, which is included in the sale, along with the washing machine and tumble dryer, two front aspect triple glazed windows, Karndean flooring and a door through to the utility room. The utility room has a continuation of the Karndean flooring, a stainless steel sink with water softener and drainer unit, further units, a side aspect door providing access to a covered area which also provides access to the garage and an airing cupboard which in addition has a concrete fixed, floor mounted safe. Positioned to the rear left of the hall is the living room which has two rear aspect windows and a rear aspect door providing access onto the garden, there is also a continuation of the parquet flooring and access through to the study. The study has a rear aspect window. Positioned to the right hand side of the hall is the dining room and two of the bedrooms. The two ground floor bedrooms feature built in storage, one has a rear aspect window and the opposite bedroom features a front aspect window. The family bathroom is positioned between the two bedrooms and has an enclosed bath unit, wash hand basin, WC, side aspect window and wood cladded walls.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both of which are double in size. The master bedroom which is positioned to the left of the landing has a double built in wardrobe, a dressing room and an en suite. The en suite has an enclosed bath unit, shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and a bidet. The second bedroom in our opinion also has the potential for an en suite as well, this of course would be subject to building regulations. The upstairs features skylights throughout making this a light and airy space.

The attached double garage has an electric up and over double door, a rear aspect door and a floor mounted boiler. The grounds to this property are in the region of a 1/3 of an acre and are made up of driveway parking which sweeps round to provide access to the garage, to the rear a large area of lawn with an area of patio immediately off the property. There are well-stocked borders and mature trees dotted around the plot providing privacy.   "
