DETAILS Located in one of Four Marks premier cul-de-sac positions is this attached bungalow, offering scope for further improvement and currently laid out with two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and a front aspect kitchen. Additionally there are two conservatories, a detached garage and ample driveway parking.

Enter the property through a upvc door straight in to a reception entrance hallway. An additional front door to the main property is directly ahead, with both double bedrooms being to the right hand side. Bedroom two, a comfortable double, has two built in single wardrobes to either side and a double glazed window off the back. The master bedroom is next door, having one double built in cupboard and a further double glazed window to the back.
