DETAILS A well-presented detached chalet bungalow situated in a sought after cul-de-sac position off the favoured Blackberry Lane in Four Marks. The property has two double bedrooms on the ground floor with a further double bedroom on the first floor, a kitchen/dining room, modern bathroom with a separate shower, private rear garden, garage and driveway parking. Subject to planning, in our opinion there is also potential to create a fourth upstairs bedroom by converting the loft area.

Enter into the spacious hallway which has parquet flooring, an airing cupboard and access to the various rooms. Positioned to the left of the hall as you enter is the master bedroom which is dual aspect with a side and front window, fitted wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors and additional up and over fitted cupboards.
