" For sale for the first time in it's history, an attractive stone and brick bay fronted Victorian semi-detached three bedroom cottage in a stunning location on the rural outskirts of Selborne. The outstanding location of this cottage, which requires complete refurbishment/modernisation, is enhanced by an outlook onto Blackmoor Estates orchards on three sides and south westerly views from the front to the wooded Hangers of Noar Hill and adjoining farmland. The cottage sits just off Sotherington Lane to the south east of Selborne and is one mile from the village centre.
