" A spacious and interesting period cottage standing in the heart of the very pretty village of Selborne. The cottage takes full advantage of the features associated with a building of this period and forms one of a terrace of three with stone and brick elevations with inset sash windows beneath a tiled roof. The cottage is far larger than initially anticipated and provides a very fine and interesting home with generous living accommodation. There is a spacious sitting room with a fireplace complemented by a large kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is fitted with a range of cabinets together with an electric oven, hob and dishwasher. The cottage also has the considerable benefit of an Amdiga conservatory to the rear with under floor heating and double doors opening to the rear garden. The first floor accommodation is of equal merit with two good sized bedrooms and a white bathroom suite. The cottage is complemented by courtyard garden to the rear and a double garage. This is a most appealing and spacious cottage of character standing close to the centre of the village of Selborne.

The larger centres of Liss and Alton collectively provide a range of facilities as well as mainline railway stations to London Waterloo. In addition, the A3 can be accessed at Liss providing a route to London and the south coast.
