" Positioned in a small cul-de-sac on the popular 'Racecourse Development' is this mews style family home boasting three good sized bedrooms and a superb extension to the rear. A must view to appreciate.

Description
The property is well presented throughout with good size accommodation spread over two floors with the large rear extension being completed in 2009/2010. The ground floor comprises entrance hallway, cloakroom and living room which leads to the kitchen. The kitchen now feeds the utilty room
