" The property enjoys a well established and slightly elevated setting overlooking Kings Pond and is within 0.6 of a mile of the High Street and station in one of the most popular areas of the town. This detached bungalow was built in 1959 and has been occupied by the present owner for the last 42 years or so. The spacious and adaptable accommodation comprises an entrance lobby with cloakroom and a wide central hall. The open plan sitting and dining room features a tiled fireplace and hearth with sliding doors to the rear garden whilst to the front there is a pleasant view of Kings Pond and the front garden. From the sitting room an archway leads to a useful study/potential bedroom three which has, in the past, been used as a bedroom.
