" John Eggars Square is an imaginatively created conversion of the Old School into apartments and houses. This split level apartment was created in 2000, in the main building which is believed to be the oldest original school in Hampshire dating back to 1640. This Grade II listed building is of important historical interest. The apartment is very stylish and unique, featuring original arched oak front door and stone mullion windows. It is arranged on several levels taking advantage of the original features. There is a well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with storage space, a mezzanine floor which provides a superb double aspect living room. The two bedrooms are both doubles and outside there are two allocated parking spaces. The picture shows the oak entrance door to the apartment and the majority of the ground floor windows belong to this apartment.

Bedroom 216'5" x 9'3" (5m x 2.82m). Triple aspect with stone mullion windows, double radiator.
