DETAILS A two bedroom mid terraced house situated in a cul-de-sac position on the popular Greenfields development in Alton. The property benefits from a living/dining room, a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom and an enclosed rear garden. The house also benefits from gas central heating, a garage in a nearby block and is being offered to the market with no onward chain.

Enter the property via porch, to the left is a meter cupboard with space above for coat hooks. An inner door leads in to the lounge/dining room with a double glazed window to the front, with elevated views towards flood meadows.
