" A two double bedroom first floor maisonette positioned within a popular residential location in Alton. The property in our opinion would benefit from updating but is double glazed, has a side and rear garden and the added addition of a garage with driveway parking.

DETAILS Enter the porch via a front aspect door and use the steps to the first floor and to the entrance of the property. Once in the maisonette there are internal steps leading to the hallway where you will find doors to the various rooms. Positioned overlooking the road is the living/dining room which measures an impressive 17' across and features a gas effect fireplace and a double glazed bay window. Also overlooking the front is the master bedroom which has fitted wardrobes and an additional storage cupboard. The second bedroom can be found to the rear of the hall and also has fitted wardrobes, an airing cupboard, sink and a rear aspect double glazed window.
