" Noteworthy for it's size, extensive ground floor accommodation and location, an established three bedroom semi-detached house in a favoured road within the Butts Green area - High Street within 0.75 mile drive (less on foot). The property takes advantage of a south easterly aspect to the rear over its own level garden, a view enjoyed from the sitting room, dining room via the conservatory and bedrooms 1 and 3.
