DETAILS An extended two double bedroom end of terrace cottage situated in the centre of Alton within walking distance of the town centre and mainline train station. The property has a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There is potential to convert the loft (stpp) and to the rear of the property is a reasonable size enclosed garden. This property is being offered with no onward chain.

Enter the property through the porch where you will find the main front door leading in to the living room, with a display fireplace and a double glazed sash window to the front. Next door is a the separate dining room with a display fireplace and under stairs storage cupboards. The integral bathroom leads off the internal hallway and has a skylight, a white suite consisting of a panelled bath, separate shower, WC and wash hand basin. The kitchen is to the back of the property, with wall and base units with worktops over, an inset sink and drainer unit, space for appliances, and a cupboard housing the central heating boiler.
