" A beautifully appointed detached period house standing in an exceptionally convenient location of the town within half a mile of the High Street and a mile of the mainline station. The house has been carefully enlarged with skill and sympathy to create an exceptional family home. The house retains all of the character of a building of this period with bright and well-proportioned accommodation with beautiful fireplaces, picture rails, high ceilings and large windows. Features of note include a stunning open plan kitchen/breakfast room with double doors opening to the garden and a spacious dining area. The bespoke fitted kitchen is set around an island with a full range of cabinets and pan drawers, Belling induction range, integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, butler sink and marble work surfaces. The further generous and flexible living accommodation includes an elegant double aspect sitting room, dining room and study/play room. There are four bedrooms including a very impressive principal bedroom suite with an adjoining dressing area and en suite shower room.
