Alton High Street an easy walk in one direction with Flood Meadows, which is ideal for open countryside rambles in the other."Amberley Mews" is a select development of just five individual homes that are located within the town centre's conservation area with this property enjoying lovely views to the front over the walled ground of St. Laurence Church.In our opinion, this property is equal to a new show home, missing the furniture yes, but re-decorated throughout with new carpets laid and a kitchen with integrated appliances and now offered with vacant possession, you would be able to move straight in!!The present owners have also invested time and money to make the most of the pretty courtyard garden by adding a pergola and trellis work above the walls and the planting of roses and evergreens.Parking is provided by a herringbone block paved area to the front and a car barn directly to the rear.

We were first drawn to our house because we thought it was quite unique, and we have loved the large living area with its real fireplace that gives a warm and cosy feel in the winter, and during the summer months being able to open the patio door straight out onto what is a sunny and private courtyard garden.One of the best things about being here is undoubtedly the central although very quiet location, and we have enjoyed living in Alton where we found there to be a great sense of community spirit.We are sorry to leave, however a company re-location forces us to do so.
