" An excellent opportunity to purchase this very well proportioned 4 bedroom semi-detached home, presented in very good order throughout and is being offered for sale with no onward chain. The accommodation comprises covered entrance porch with double glazed front door to the entrance hall, which has a stripped pine door to the shower room. The shower room is fitted with a white suite comprising gainsborough shower unit set in a tiled cubicle, pedestal basin with mixer tap and low level wc. The sitting room has a coal effect gas fire set in a marble and wooden surround, the family room has double glazed windows to two aspects and a built-in storage cupboard and the dining room also has a built in storage cupboard and part glazed door to the inner hall with staircase to the first floor. Petersfield also has a mainline railway station and recreational facilities include the Heath, Lake, 18 Hole Golf course, Taro sports centre and there are various clubs and societies.

Directions
From our office in the High Street in Petersfield, proceed past the War Memorial to the crossroads and turn left into College Street. At the end of College Street bear right and take the left hand lane into Ramshill passing Churcher's College on the right hand side. Proceed straight across at the roundabout and head onto the London Road (B2070) for about two and a half miles before turning left opposite the Jolly Drover public house into Hill Brow Road. Head down Hill Brow Road until you reach Liss village centre and at the roundabout turn right, and immediately right again into Rake Road. Continue along Rake Road for about half a mile, turn right into Chase Road, first right again into Inwood Road where no.25 will be seen on the right hand side, as denoted by our For Sale Board. "
