LOCATION:
The property is well positioned in a pleasant cul- de-sac of similar size houses on the outskirts of the village centre. A footpath at the end of the cul-de-sac provides a short cut onto Mill Road which leads into the village and offers a comfortable near level walk to the village amenities and station.
Liss village, situated in the South Downs National Park, provides shops for all day to day needs, mainline station and schools for infants and juniors.  The A3 bypasses the village, providing easy access to the south coast and the M25 and London to the north. DESCRIPTION:

Off the kitchen a glazed door opens to a good size utility room with a selection of cupboards and sink unit and ample space and plumbing for all the appliances essential to family life. There is a further door leading to a garden store, also accessed from the garden.

Upstairs a bright and spacious landing, with loft access and airing cupboard,  and attractive wood panelled doors leading off to the four bedrooms, the spacious master bedroom at the front as ceiling down lights and twin double glazed windows and the others are all particularly bright with modern decor. The good size family bathroom has been refitted with a modern suite and built in furniture providing a range of cupboards and drawers and vanity top with inset basin. There is also a shower over one end of the bath.

Outside to the front is a lawned front garden with shrubs and small conifers, a drive leading into the carport provides parking for two cars, beside the front door there is an integral store. At the rear of the house is a completely enclosed, mainly lawned garden, with various borders and natural screening provides a good degree of privacy from the rear. The boundaries being fenced and in part walled by a neighbouring garage. 

The property is double glazed and benefits gas central heating through out and must be viewed internally to be fully appreciated.
