LOCATION: The property enjoys an excellent position, approached off this quiet lane on the village outskirts, yet within a comfortable level walk of the village centre with its shops, infant and junior schools and mainline station. Liss village is situated in the South Downs National Park. The A3 bypasses the village, providing easy access to the south coast and the M25 and London to the north. The opening of the Hindhead tunnel has enhanced  the attraction of this sought after location, potentially attracting people wishing to move out from the traditional commuter belt and suburbs but still being able to return there for work. The other nearby towns of Petersfield, Alton and Haslemere are all easily accessible, as are the cities of Chichester and Portsmouth.

DESCRIPTION: This bright well arranged semi detached bungalow is set back from the lane and to the front overlooks a small green. The property has been the subject of complete redecoration, the installation of an excellent new bathroom and new carpets. The vendors have advised that in the past they have enquired of the local authority about dropping the kerb and creating a drive to the hard standing in the garden for off road parking.
