" A well appointed detached family house understood to date from the 1970's presented with brick and part tiled hung elevations under a tiled roof. The property has been altered and updated in recent years. Features include fitted kitchen/breakfast room with built in Bosch electric oven with microwave over, 5-ring gas hob and stainless steel extractor fan over, integrated dishwasher and extensive work surfaces and fitted cupboards, fine open plan sitting/dining room including Stovax built-in multi fuel fire, oak mantel and surround, and an excellent conservatory. In addition, there are extensive tiled floors throughout the ground floor. To the first floor are 4 bedrooms and family bathroom. Liss village is 1.2 miles, offering a range of shops and station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line. More comprehensive facilities are available in Petersfield and Liphook, both about 6 miles distant. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity.
