" This comprehensively updated and extended detached chalet style home provides well proportioned living accommodation and is presented in excellent decorative order throughout. The accommodation briefly comprises, double glazed front door to the reception hall with oak floorboards and pine balustrade staircase, shower room fitted with a modern white suite comprising shower unit, inset wash hand basin, low level wc and heated towel rail. The sitting room has an open hearth fireplace set in a brick surround and solid beech flooring and the adjoining dining room also has beech flooring and double glazed casement doors to the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with an excellent range of solid oak fronted units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces, ceramic sink unit and built-in wine rack, built-in dishwasher and fridge, solid oak flooring and door to the utility room which has an ceramic sink unit, tall cupboard and base units, drawer and working surfaces, space for washer and dryer and doors leading to the outside and the garage. Newfield Road is a quiet and popular residential cul-de-sac and the property backs directly onto woodland. The nearby village of Liss has a range of shops for day to day needs and there are more comprehensive facilities at Petersfield including the Rams Walk complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday. There are railway stations at Liss and Petersfield on the Portsmouth to London Waterloo line and for commuters travelling by road the A3 bypass has improved access between the South Coast and London.
