" Temple Road is an excellent example of a character property that has been sympathetically updated to create a fresh modern home but retaining many of its character features, such as fireplaces, original panelled doors and high ceilings. It is ready for you to move straight into.The lounge has a beautiful bow sash window which lets in a vast array of light, there is a feature fireplace which creates a perfect cosy setting now the nights are drawing in. The large kitchen/diner provides plenty of cupboard and surface space with a five ring range style gas hob with electric oven, along with integrated washing machine. This is a great room if you love entertaining, with ample space for a dining room table and chairs.Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms both with feature fireplaces and lovely high ceilings giving you that feeling of nice spacious rooms. The bathroom which is located on the first floor has neutral tiling with a shower over the bath.Outside there is a very good sized rear garden with patio area and lawn, the perfect space for enjoying al-fresco dining in the warmer months. Although the property doesn't have designated parking there is plenty of on street parking located in the quiet cul-de-sac.

Liss Forest is such a lovely quiet area with access to gorgeous countryside. We loved the character of this property and made sure that it retained that throughout the modernisation. It was really important to us to have the kitchen as the heart of the home, so we knocked three rooms into one and made a lovely kitchen with space for eating/relaxing and included a superb range cooker for easy entertaining. With neutral carpets and walls throughout the house is a blank canvas and so easy to live in.We love the outside area too - very quiet and lovely for summer barbecues.
